Pasa siempre: nos levantamos y usamos un cepillo Oral-B con pasta de dientes Colgate. La gente escoge marcas, es cierto. Pero primero, en un proceso mucho más complejo (y menos visceral), las marcas escogen a la gente. Son procesos de identificación mutua. Lo cierto es que las marcas exitosas son el resultado de un matrimonio feliz entre imagen y concepto. Y el hijo de esta unión es la identidad. Buscaremos entender imagen y concepto de manera integral y su expresión a través de la publicidad.
