    Kalaripayattu

    Defender is really proud to inform you that, we have a very precious treasure called Kalarippayattu, which is called the mother of all martial arts. Its history can be traced back over 3000 years to the Vedas (which are a large body of knowledge texts from the ancient Indian subcontinent). Kalarippayattu is the oldest martial art invented in the south Indian province  Kerala. In this course, we are explaining what is kalarippayattu and its influence in Indian Arts culture. But here we are focusing on the northern Kalarippayattu style called the " Arappukai system". We hope it will be the most precious gift for all martial art fans and historians.

    The verb to be

    The english language is a difficult one to master, howeve with this verb to be guide I believe that the student will take a relaxed look at how the language is and what to expect from it, they will go on a self-discovery journey and I will be the guide.
