Empezaremos con una introducción al yoga: ¿Qué significa?, ¿cómo podemos beneficiarnos de ella?, ¿cuáles son las distintas escuelas? Luego entraremos en mayor detalle con el estilo de práctica que nos ocupa: Power Vinyasa. Continuaremos con otra sección teórica en la cual mencionamos de manera general temas de flujo de energía en el cuerpo: Mudras, Bandhas y los siete Chakras. Con este conocimiento básico, podemos tener una conexión más profunda con la práctica física o "asana". Mencionamos la importancia de unir los 8 elementos del yoga para tener todos los "ingredientes" que lo conforman, siendo el asana, o práctica de posturas, sólo una de ellas. Otro ingrediente es la meditación. Tenemos una sección de audio en la cual podrán seguir una meditación guiada. Luego entramos en la parte física del curso donde detalladamente alineamos 28 posturas esenciales para la práctica del yoga. Finalmente tenemos dos clases, una "express" y una más larga. Ambas clases diseñadas para mover energía y remover bloqueos energéticos. Son clases de estilo Power Vinyasa, es decir, fluimos de manera continua entre una postura y otra. Para las dos clases en este curso dinámico de yoga, debemos mantener una respiración activa ya que aceleramos el ritmo cardiovascular.
