Teachlr has created an Affiliate Program as part of our marketing strategy in order to multiply the sales of every single course on our website. Affiliate companies and individuals promote the courses, non exclusively, through coupons and other arrangements and get a commission for every sale they make.

Please read our terms and conditions carefully before joining our Affiliate Program. Each affiliate is responsible for assuring that every employee and agent comply with our conditions. Thank you.

The Affiliate Program is a very effective way to multiply the sales of courses and increase the visibility of teachers on the web. This translates into multiple affiliates promoting your courses in thousands of websites.

All courses published on Teachlr are automatically included in the Affiliate Program. Thus, every instructor authorizes Teachlr to deduct the affiliate's commission before calculating the remaining amount that corresponds to them.

Instructors authorize Teachlr to promote their courses with variable discounts on the original price. The affiliate that makes the sale gets a commission that will start at 20% of the price that the student paid for. Instructors accept that this number (the discount) may vary according to the agreement reached with affiliates. The instructor gets the 70% once the commission of the affiliate has been deducted and the remaining 30% goes to Teachlr.

The instructor can act as an affiliate to promote and sell his courses and other materials published in Teachlr, allowing him to increase his total profits. If a course is sold through a coupon created by the same instructor, the sale will be assumed as an Affiliate transaction. This way, you will receive your percentage as an instructor of the course, as well as the fee that corresponds to you being the affiliate who made the sale.

In case the teacher does not want to subscribe to the affiliate program, you must deactivate the box that indicates your inclusion in that program in the settings of your Teachlr account.

We believe that our success depends on the success of our affiliates.

An affiliate gets his/her commission, once the student redirects to our website through a link in a promotional channel and purchases the selected course.

As used in these terms and conditions: (i) "We", "us", or "our" refers to Teachlr. ("Teachlr") and our website; (ii) "you" or "your" refers to the Affiliate; (iii) "our website" refers to the Teachlr properties located at www.Teachlr.com; (iv) "your website" refers to any websites that you will link to our website; (v) "Program" refers to the Teachlr Affiliate Program.

You can promote a specific course within our courses directory on teachlr.com through:

• Text links, coupons, graphic banners or buttons;

• Text links and coupons in emails;

• Posters;

• Radio, TV, etc.

If you wish to know whether a different method or promotion is allowed, please contact us at info@teachlr.com.

• For every sale the affiliate makes, he/she will obtain at least 20% of the total price on a 7 day cookie.

• Payment is transacted every 60 days, as long as the affiliate has accumulated $50 in his/her account. If the affiliate has less than $50 credits, they will be available for withdrawal within the next period. If the affiliate wishes to receive payment despite not having accumulated $50, he/she will have to send a request by email and assume the costs. If the agreement is terminated, the payment will be transacted within the next period. You will be notified of each sale you make on the Teachlr platform.

• Promotional support: monthly newsletter with special promotions and codes to be used in the promotion of Teachlr's courses.

• You must send your application to the Affiliate Program at info@teachlr.com. Please indicate your website and all the websites that you will use, describe the procedure to be implemented and give your contact information.

• After receiving your application, we will review your website and decide if you have been accepted - process that might take 48 hours. We have the right to reject any application. We encourage you to contact us if you consider your rejection to be unjustified.

• We reject applications that include websites that violate our or others individuals or companies intellectual property, advertising, privacy or any other rights. We also reject websites that violate the law or any other regulations, that have threatening, defamatory, obscene, nocive to minors, pornographic or sexually explicit content. Websites should not contain any type of virus or any other program that damages, interferes or intercepts any kind of system, data or personal information.

• Once accepted, you will be assigned a password to access our Affiliate Center, where you will be able to download our material and receive the reports of your profits. It is your responsibility to keep your username and password.

• As an affiliate you will be assigned links, HTML codes, applications, pixels, widgets, banners and other means of promotion available.

Upon acceptance into our program, you understand and agree that:

• You should use only unmanipulated codes and links obtained from the interface.

• All domains that use your affiliate link must be listed in your affiliate Profile.

• We reserve the right to reject purchases that do not meet the requirements listed on our site.

• Your website should never in any way copy or duplicate the image and brand of Teachlr. Your website should not create the impression that your website or another site is part of Teachlr.

• You must not engage in marketing techniques aimed at generating false or illegitimate sales, pop -ups, or include links to a fake website. Neither will mask the information referring URLs.

• Do not use redirects links to bounce a click to a different domain of the page where it started to give the appearance that came from another domain.

• If it is determined that a link has been redirected to hide or manipulate the original source, current and past commissions will be drained to 0%.

• We reserve the right to monitor your website as we consider necessary to ensure that you have used the materials assigned and complied with our rules. We will notify you about any changes you should make. Any failure in the use of assigned materials or to implement the changes indicated will be considered a violation of this agreement and as reasons for terminating the contract.

• You are responsible for updating and maintaining your website. Periodically check if any update has been made in the affiliate program materials to maintain consistency with our website. We reserve the right to monitor your site to ensure it is updated.

• You are responsible for following the rules and respecting copyrights laws. You must have permission to use material from another person, including text, images, or any other material. We are not responsible for any copyright violation of others or for violations of any law. If we determine that the payment to the affiliate is illegal under any law or regulation, we reserve the right not to make such payment.

• The costs that may come up as a result of the method of payment will be deducted from your commission.

• Courses can be reimbursed as a result of a buyer complaint. Orders charged using fraudulent credit cards will result on the non-delivery of the commission.

• You can not create, publish, distribute or permit any written material or electronic advertising that references Teachlr without first having obtained our approval.

• Comply with the CAN -SPAM Act of 2003.

• Send emails in your name and not on Teachlr's behalf.

• Submit emails to us for its prior approval and then send us a copy.

• To promote coupons, you may only distribute codes that are assigned through our affiliate program or that have been posted on our website. Coupons must include the complete offer, valid expiration date and its corresponding code.

• Teachlr can modify any term or condition of this agreement at any time. Amendments may be against quotas members receive, payment procedures, rules of the Affiliate Program or materials, among others. If you can not accept any changes, then you must terminate the contract. Your participation after the introduction of any change indicates your acceptance of any changes.

• The Terms and Conditions of this Affiliate Program becomes effective since approval of this application. The agreement may be terminated at any time with or without cause, without notice if either party so deems. With termination, you shall, immediately stop using and remove all media from our site.

We make no warranty that the operation of this web site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we will not held liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors.

You agree that:

• This Agreement has been properly and validly signed/agreed by you and constitutes a legal, valid and binding obligation enforceable against you in accordance with its terms.

• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Teachlr and its employees, representatives, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, actions, or other proceedings against them based on any claim arising from your breach of this agreement. You shall pay all costs, damages and expenses, including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys' fees and costs by us in connection with or arising from any claim, demand, action or proceeding.
