Teachlr reserves the right to refuse publication of a course because it considers that the price is not in accordance with the content and characteristics of the course in question. The instructor can modify the price to get the approval of his course.

Instructors and institutions get 70% of every sold online course. Teachlr charges a commision of 30% for using the platform and for any marketing assistance. We do not charge fees for our withdrawal methods. However, you may be assessed fees by PayPal for your particular payment processing method. Such fees are your responsibility.
If you are a U.S. person and you earn over USD $600 in a calendar year from Teachlr, you must complete an IRS form W-9 to be eligible to receive a cash payment because we are legally required to report your earnings to the IRS using Form 1099. If during a calendar year you exceed USD $600 in Teachlr.com earnings, we will request that you complete a W-9 for reporting purposes; if you refuse to complete a W-9 before the end of the applicable calendar year, you will be deemed to have forfeited and waived any payment due to you in excess of USD $600.

You may request that Teachlr.com disburse your cash payment to another person (such as your employer or a charity). To do so, email us for more information. You should consult with your tax advisor concerning any tax implications of such a request.
