Las problemáticas que han traído al dejar estos temas de lado, debido al tabú que se tenía al tratar de hablar de esto, han traído consecuencias muy graves, así que se desea llevar a cabo este curso con la finalidad de ayudar a notar aspectos relacionados a dificultades que se llegan a tener, y ser un componente fundamental del bienestar y la calidad de vida de la persona. En este curso se llevará a cabo dos fases, las cuales cuentan con una serie de estrategias, relacionadas a los temas de salud mental y autocuidado, para que así al finalizar cada etapa se realizará una evidencia, para después concluir con un PIA en el cual se demostrara y plasmara todo lo aprendido durante el curso.
